How the work gets done

Ocala Pool Heroes is a connection service, not a pool contractor. All pool construction, remodeling, and repair work is performed by independent, state-licensed and insured Florida pool contractors, and your contract is directly with the licensed contractor who takes on your project.

That structure is deliberate, and it is how Florida's consumer protections are designed to work. Pool construction here is state-licensed contracting; the license, the permit, the draw schedule, and the warranty all belong with the contractor who performs the work. We never sign construction contracts, never take construction money, and never stand between you and the person responsible for the job.

Most pool advice online was written for somewhere else.
