This page explains what Ocala Pool Heroes collects when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us. That is the request form on this site — your name, phone number, optional email address, the city or ZIP of the property, the type of project, your timeline, your preferred contact method, and any description you add — and anything you send us by text message or phone.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, social security numbers, or financing documents through this website.

How the form works

The request form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards the submission to us by email. Your details pass through their systems in the course of that delivery and are subject to their handling practices as well as ours. There is no customer database behind this website and no account for you to create.

What we use it for

Connecting you with a contractor is the service, so sharing is the point — and we want to be plain about it: when we match your project, we share what the contractor needs to follow up with you. Typically that is your name, contact details, the property location, and what you told us about the project. We share it with the independent licensed contractor we connect you with, not with a list of bidders.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your details to unrelated companies for their own marketing.

Text messages

Texting POOL to 817-945-7946 starts a conversation with a pool specialist. We use the number you text from to reply and to follow up about your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a static website. As built, it does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and does not build an advertising profile of you. If that changes, this page will change with it before the tracking goes live.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include information like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not marketing data.

Retention

We keep request correspondence for as long as we need it to service the request, meet record-keeping obligations, and handle any follow-up questions.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Text817-945-7946 or use the contact page and say what you would like. Once your details have been passed to a contractor, their copy is governed by their practices — ask them directly as well.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
