These terms cover your use of the Ocala Pool Heroes website. Using the site means you accept them.

What this service is

Ocala Pool Heroes is a connection service, not a pool contractor. All pool construction, remodeling, and repair work is performed by independent, state-licensed and insured Florida pool contractors, and your contract is directly with the licensed contractor who takes on your project.

Ocala Pool Heroes is a connection service for homeowners. We are not a pool contractor, we do not perform, supervise, or manage construction, remodeling, repair, or enclosure work, and we do not enter into construction contracts or take payment for construction. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that Ocala Pool Heroes holds a contractor's license, insurance, certification, or endorsement of any kind.

When we connect you with a contractor, your agreement for the work — its scope, price, schedule, permits, and warranty — is between you and that licensed contractor alone. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the contractor's performance. The introduction is free for homeowners; we may be compensated by contractors for connections.

Pool contracting in Florida

Swimming pool construction, remodeling, and repair in Florida are licensed contracting under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, administered by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Construction Industry Licensing Board. You can — and should — verify any contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com before signing a contract. All pool contracting work referenced on this site is performed by independent contractors licensed for that work.

The guides, service pages, and area pages here are general information about pool projects in Central Florida. They are not legal, financial, engineering, or construction advice, and they cannot account for the specifics of your property. Statutory details are summarized for readability and can change — verify against the primary source where a legal question actually matters to your situation.

Where we cite events, figures, or regulations, we link the source so you can check it. If you find something here that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Estimates and pricing

Any figures on this site — build costs, resurfacing ranges, repair prices — are general market ranges published for orientation, not quotes. Ocala Pool Heroes does not price work. Actual scope and price come from the licensed contractor's written proposal, and written agreements with the contractor govern the work itself; nothing on this website is an offer or a contract for construction.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service. If there is an electrical hazard at the pool, a gas smell near pool heating equipment, or any immediate danger to a person, call 911 or your utility first. Submitting a form or sending a text does not summon emergency services.

Response times

We aim to respond to every text and form quickly, seven days a week, and we do not guarantee a specific response time — nor can we guarantee any contractor's availability, start date, or timeline. In a market as busy as Marion County, good contractors book out; we would rather tell you that plainly than promise a schedule we do not control.

We link to outside sources such as state agencies and industry bodies for verification. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law,Ocala Pool Heroes is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here, or from the acts or omissions of the independent licensed contractors you engage — your remedies for the work itself lie with the contractor under your contract and Florida law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
